Erik DECAMP is a
UIAGM guide since 30 years. He is also an engineer,
graduate of he Ecole Polytechnique. He has been
teaching future guides at the ENSA in Chamonix during
10 years, and has done more than fifteen successful
expeditions in the Himalayas, Peru, Argentina,
Antarctica, Greenland, Africa. He went on top of
Everest and other high summits. He has also climbed in
the USA, Marocco, Kenya, Norway... and the Alps. He is
also a photographer the author of a few books about
mountaineering, and he gives corporate talks. Erik
Decamp lives now near Chamonix, France.
