Marko Prezelj
was born in 1965. Although trained as a chemical engineer,
Marko earns his living as a guide and photographer. He is a
UIAGM guide since 2001, after 20 years of experience as an
alpinist. Beyond difficult climbs in the Alps, he climbed
big walls all over the world, and achieved remarkable
ascents in the Himalayas, on some of the highest peaks of
the world, and always by difficult routes. He lives in
Kamnik, Slovenia with his wife Katja and two sons.
